It seems like the list of needs & resources is ever changing. We have tried to put some information about the waivers, a clearinghouse for information, some educational packets that can be downloaded, and some links to local resources for basic needs as well.

Medicaid Waiver Information

Kentucky offers several Medicaid Waiver Programs. The waivers offer different areas of care for different individuals ages & needs. We currently work with individuals who receive the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW), Supports for Community Living Waiver (SCL), and the Early Periodic Screening & Detection Tool (EPSDT). New Vista in Lexington is a great resource for trying to navigate all of the waiver info, as well as information on other resources. They'll be the agency that does any intake paperwork, advise you on choices for waivers, & get you connected with other resources in the area.
